Note: Must use the CD or Installation Files with 9 digit activation or serial number. If you need to download a copy of the CD, you can contact support for a link as long as you have a support contract.
To take the database from the old machine, perform the following:
At the new machine, copy the database from the Flash Drive
Note: If activating the software fails, check if TCP port 7896 is blocked or internet access is available. Otherwise, use the phone-in activation option.
