the tg version that presents this error is discountinued please upgrade to tg5 or higher

temporary solutions:

    1. Please restart your pc and start time guardian but select NO for backup.
    2. Go to file > backup > setup
    3. Change the folder location to a valid location
    4. Backup number should be set to 5 or higher
    5. Save settings
    6. To test, go to file > backup > run
OR

you can try deleting the backup.ff2 file, login to tg, cancel backup, then file > backup > setup to correct the issue
