We have technicians that work offsite at different client sites. Because of the nature of the job, 15 mins is deducted for every 2 hours works.

 

For example, if a tech worked from 5:00 pm until 7:00 am the following morning, a total of 14 hours -  we would deduct 1.75 hours 

 

If they worked 15 hours - we would deduct the same amount - because we track in 15 minute increments. therefore that additional hour would not have any deductions.
