While trying to log in to Trutime you receive Hard Coded Network Limit error. This error is caused by having more than one client try to log in to Trutime with a Single User License. In order to reset this you need to have the Trutime Utility installed on that client PC. 

Once started click on the Reset Number of Clients button

Password: 6569

This should now allow one person to log in to Trutime.
