How does tg series calculates wages with hour rounding and hour/minute view

Rule 1: Rounding always works in Hours/Minute format

Rule 2: Wages always works in Hundredth format

 

8:13 am (8:22) - 11:47 am (11:78) = 3:34 (3:56)

7:12 pm (7:20) – 9:17 pm  (9:28)  = 2:05 (2:08)

 

In Hours/Minute                                                        In  Hundredth

3:34 + 2:05 = 5:39                                                     3:56 + 2:08 = 5.64

5:39 rounded to 5:45 (6 minute difference)              This 6 minute has to convert in hundredth = 10

                                                                                   Now total is 5.64 + .10 = 5.74 in hundredth

                                                                                   Wages Calculation

                                                                                    (15 * 5 hours = 75) +  (15 * .74 = 11.10) à

                                                                                     so total is 75 + 11.10 = 86.10 not 86.25
