I would interested in the answer to the above question also. Cannot reset ink level by pushing ( ) and (-) buttons at the same time for 2 seconds nor can I get the Set UP Pro9 display after pushing the ( ) and (E) buttons.

I was attempting to change the current print format from 100B (5/100) to read minutes. When I open the cover and push and E at the same time for 2 seconds it does nothing. I cannot get the clock to go to setup mode.
