    1. we have a PIX 3000x device in our workplace. The device has been working without any problem. However, we changed our working hours recently and the alarm times need to be reprogrammed. I checked the all-user manual but couldn't find anything about reprogramming working hours and breaks. Can you tell me how to do it? REPLY: Please call 800 253 9836.

    3. Receive brand new Amano PIX-3000x Time Recorder, upon setting up battery and plugging in device we receive on ER PRT message. I have pressed the Reset button with no resolution. Please advise REPLY: This model has been discontinued. Please call 800 253 9836 to troubleshoot.

    5. My customer has PIX-3000X and needs to know how to change the battery and what type battery it uses. REPLY: You may have the LEAD ACID or NI-CAD batteries. Please check this on your clock and you can call 800 367 6649 to purchase. As for instructions, please call 800 896 7035. We also offer a conversion from LEAD to NI-CAD.
