Not able to copy maps from/to multiple FPT-40 clocks / not showing name / not displaying correct hours

Not able to copy maps from/to multiple FPT-40 clocks / not showing name / not displaying correct hours

Symptoms:
  • Maps are not copying to a target terminal
  • Hours are not displaying or updating on the terminal
  • FPT-40 has suddenly started rejecting employees that were able to punch before

Solution:

Employee Number and Badge Number must be identical

Notes: Applies to Time Guardian, Plus, and Pro v4.x(or higher).
