How can I create a back up file for the data

To backup the database, perform the following:
1. Control Panel , Administrative Tools, Services
2. Stop Firebird Guardian
3. Copy TG.FDB from the Time Guardian DB Folder to a Flash Drive
4. Start Firebird Guardian
Note: Applies to Time Guardian Plus, Pro, and Time Guardian version 5 or higher.
