Fix:

If there is an error in the display, remove top cover with plastic key then remove back cover and press blue reset button in the back.

  1. The print mechanism is down and doesn’t not allow insertion of paper and there is no error on display. How can it be lifted to print properly? REPLY: Please call 800 253 9836.

  5. Hello, my PIX-55 clock is no longer printing properly. I recently changed the ribbon to see if this will correct but was not successful. It appears as though the print head is not striking the paper properly. Is there an adjustment for the print head to lower it? Thanks. ============================================================================== REPLY: If it's printing only the date or just the hour part, then the unit may need to be serviced. If it's printing light with a new ribbon, the print head may require service. There's no adjustment to lower the print head.

  6. I am looking for a breakdown form of the time clock that we have here. My former employer had a card stock copy of the actual 16th increment minutes on a wall but we do not have that available here and we depend on this to count the actual minutes to each quarter hour worked. I hope I have explained this well enough for you to understand.
