PIX-75, TCX-85, TCX-88 not printing and shows SETUP in screen

PROBLEM:

Brand new PIX-75, TCX-85, TCX-88 not printing out of the box after putting cover back on.

SOLUTION:

Close the gap in the rear.

Unclosed gap = will not print

Closed gap = will now print

I have an Amano Pix 75 and it has an error 04Print buffer empty and will not print. I replaced the ink cartridge and still doesn’t print or do anything. I have never had this problem.
