The pix-95 clock at times gives me an E3 error code (home position error) and I don't know what it means or how to make it work. Can you help me please? Thanks

At times the printer head prints with half the force and i half to take a blank piece of paper and have rapidly insert it in and out about 20 times, then it starts working fine with the usual force. Sometimes i have to do this a couple times a day, sometimes it could be 3-4 days before it happens again. Nothing in owners manual about this type of problem.
