Wifi and Comcast Business/Rogers compatibility issue

MTX-30 WIFI and AFR-100/200 WIFI are blocked with the following routers from the below ISP:

  • Comcast Business
  • Rogers

Solution:

Connect your MTX or AFR directly to the router or switch using a cat5 or cat6 supplied cable.

MTX30 will require a system/reset all from the menu (m/ok). This will not erase any data. IP address is available upon reboot within m/ok-comm-network.
