The issue is when the Windows 10 User is a Microsoft account vs local account. If set up as local user no issue, but if signed in as a Microsoft account have to open as administrator. If I set the icon to “Run as administrator” we of course get an additional window to click every time. Just thought I would share with you what is causing the issue. REPLY: It seems the local has admin rights and the MS account does not, you can add full rights to the folder security for everyone or users. 800 896 7035
