How to retrieve missing punches from a MTX15 clock

How to retrieve missing punches from a MTX15 clock?

Answer:

Be aware this is not guaranteed method and polling from the clock should be the 1st attempt or the use of backups if all data is lost. Using the memory dump method is the last resort.

Note: This method only applies to MTX15 clocks and no other terminals.

    2. Whenever an employee misses to clock in or out and the administrator tries to manually input the missed punch. The hours already recorded shifts from one day to another. For example, and employee clocks in at 10:00am and forgets to clock out at 2:30pm, when the administrator tries to manually input the missed punch time the clockin time will shift to the day before and the clock out time is now their new clock in time for the next day. When the time is corrected again, it’ll continue to do the same thing. It is also inconsistent in that it works on some days but not on others. ============================================================================== Reply: See - http://tkb.amano.com/phpkb/article.php?id=390
