    13. The time shows correct on the display but when it prints ’15AF3 ’15’C2015. I tried resetting the ribbon and confirming the time by pressing "enter". I unplugged and plugged back in.     14. Pix-10 we can’t reset the time to the correct time. Hold Reset and Enter button, release Reset and get Pro9 flashing. Instructions say to tap Enter button again but then it reverts right back to the incorrect time again. ==============================================================================REPLY: Try using code 8088

    16. We have a PIX-15 model series. The time is fast by 2 hours, so it’s causing problems with employees clocking in and out. We want to be sure payroll is correct. Is there a way to set it to the correct time?     17. I have a PIX-10 which was working fine. The power went out and when I reset the time it prints 5 or 6 times and is not readable.     19. I have a tcx-11 time clock. Today it automatically changed to daylight savings time, which we had already adjusted. While fixing that issue, my auto print stopped working. I have tried to walk thru the steps to change it, but the message never flashes 14APrt. It skips from 13 to 15 missing the 14 I am supposed to use to program it.     20. We have an Amano PIX-15 time clock. As a card was inserted to be printed on, the interior move but didn’t print. The error message Er Prt appeared on the LED screen. Following the troubleshooting found in the operation manual, I unplugged the machine. The LED screen returned to the time/date information, however, when a card was inserted the error message returned. Emails sent to support@amano.com are returned undeliverable. I am unable to wait 30 mins on hold waiting for technical support. Please advise how to proceed. REPLY: ER PRT is a general error that can lead to dirty sensor or mechanical issue. Unpower the unit, open cover, blow interior with can of compressed air. Power up and try to print. If issue persists, unit has to be repaired.     21. We just ordered a new ribbon, but now the minutes will not print on the time-clock. Also, the minutes are fast by 8-9 mins, and no matter how often I correct the minutes, it gradually increase back to 8-9 mins.     25. Came in this morning and no matter what time it is, it always prints ’12’12’12’12’12. Tried to reset it, clear it and nothing changes. Could use some help since nobody picks up the phone at customer support. Reply: Please call 800 253 9836 and confirm your model. You may need to reassign your print style setting.

    28. I have a Pix 10. It jammed and stopped working. I ordered a new power transformer and now the display is blank and when you put in a time card, it prints 5 times so it is not usuable. Also, we lost our key. How do I open the unit without a key and why would the display be blank? Reply: If the display is blank, the clock may need to be submitted for repair.     29. I’m having a bit of trouble reprogramming my PIX-55. The printer ribbon has been replaced and the motor will move when the machine is plugged in, but it is not engaging the print mechanism.     30. your fix for the above comment does not solve the problem. We are stuck in the wrong a.m. or p.m. mode for about 3 years now and have changed the hour button several times trying to get this corrected. What happens is that if we come in at 7:30 a.m. it will show p.m. and then when employees clock out it shows that they left at 4 a.m. the next morning please help !!     31. To switch from am to pm, simply open the clock and press the 1 hour button until it switches to PM.
