Failed to poll clock with Time Guardian

Fix:

  • Please check cable connections
  • Autoupdate from the communication menu of Time Guardian version 4 or older
  • Press the magnifying glass in the location - terminal setup for version 5 or higher for MTX clocks
  • Check cable connections and clock settings for Handpunch or FPT-40
