TruTime: To restore templates on a repaired handpunch

1.       With the loaner clock that has been working, perform a receive maps 1 last time

2.       Load the repaired clock, remove the loaner

a.       If you’re repaired clock is ethernet, you will need to setup the IP settings at the clock

3.       Once your clock is connected, perform a download from the advanced setup – choose application hp2-3.hpm

4.       Then perform a send maps

Receive maps, send maps, and advanced setup is located in communications > non-aci > terminals tab.

Send maps will resend the maps copied from your loaner clock back to your repaired clock. There is no need to reenroll unless the above procedure fails.
