How do I fix, "Canvas Does not Allow Drawing"

Change default printer to XPS, open tg, try report, close tg, revert back to actual default printer, open tg, run report
If persists, check if vista and installed on program files - need to be reinstalled outside of pf / reboot / has java been updated or installed?
